Plexus: 1 YEAR!!
Time flies.
One year ago I started using Plexus products and I wrote about it (here) and said I’d report back on my results. Click to read:
And, now, here it is the first day of year 2.
Plexus has changed my life.
No allergies that turn into sinus infections, that turn into days missed from work, that leaves a hacking cough for several days, that knocks me out for a couple of weeks total. I can’t even begin to tell you how many FaceBook memories have been on my timeline which remind me how often I was sick. Also, how much allergy and cold medicine I’ve taken through the years; Claritin, Claritin-D, Zyrtec, Sudafed, AM/PM NyQuil, Mucinex…for YEARS! No more.
No headaches. 3 or 4 days a week I had a headache. Didn’t matter if I drank caffeine or not. I had headaches. Allergies or whatever else was off in my body gave me headaches. Sometimes headaches that went down my neck into my shoulders. Sometimes headaches that sat right over an eye, almost like I could touch it. So much ibuprofen. I can’t even imagine how much ibuprofen I’ve taken in my life. No more. I can tell you I’ve taken about maybe 20 tablets in this entire last year.
Ulcers in my mouth. I pretty much always had an ulcer or ulcers in my mouth, even eating a really careful diet and avoiding foods I knew triggered them. They often really made me miserable. If you’ve never had them, you’re so fortunate. If you have, you know my pain. I never traveled, or was without numbing gel for my mouth. I dreaded anytime I had a speaking event as I knew an ulcer would be so miserable to contend with. No more. In fact in all of my July travels, I don’t think I even packed my mouth medicine.
If you’re constantly missing out on life because of little things that you dismiss as “that’s just the way it is”…IT DOESN’T HAVE TO BE!!
You don’t deserve to need naps, have drained energy and fighting to keep up.
